The end result of these attempts was a shift in Palestinian policy towards violence ending in the death of thousands. While Netanyahu maybe opposed to a teo-state solution, others have done their best to implement it. Ask the current Israeli Defense Minister - one name you seem to have forgotten, at least here. The only ones emboldened by Obama's speech were Israel's enemies predictably calling for the US to cut off aid to Israel, like Saudi Arabia - a regime leading the way in disgusting and intolerant policies.
